Payment Options: All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, Money Wire Transfers and personal checks. Checks should be made payable to: RAMM Fence Systems, Inc.

How We Ship: Most orders under 70 lbs. are shipped UPS. Orders over 70 lbs. or oversized products are shipped common carrier freight. Customer is responsible for off-loading and signing for goods on arrival. Carefully check your order upon receipt, as damage sometimes occurs during shipping. All items are checked prior to shipment, and any damaged or missing packages must be noted with UPS or freight carrier at the time of delivery. Any shortages or inaccurate shipments must be reported to RAMM within 24 hours.

Shipping Times: 1-99 rolls of fence—24 hours, 100 rolls and higher—72 hours (in most cases).

UPS & Freight Delivery: UPS & Freight rates are calculated by weight and/or weight per package. We can calculate shipping costs as soon as your total order is completed. UPS can leave packages at doorsteps without a signature, however, freight customers MUST be present to accept the order and off load it.

Flatbed: Some orders may need to ship via flatbed carrier instead of a common freight carrier. In this case, we will provide you with a flatbed delivery sheet that must be completed prior to delivery.
