Troubleshooting?

If a waterer isn’t working properly, to determine whether the thermostat or the heating pad needs to be replaced, you will need to wire the power directly to the heating pad (bypassing the thermostat). If the heating pad warms up, then the thermostat needs replaced. If the heating pad does not warm up, it will need to be replaced.
