These screws are Phillips pan head screws made to be used with a Phillips screwdriver. A slightly rounded head with short vertical sides and an X-shaped recess for a Phillips screwdriver. These screws will not rust, because they are 18-8 stainless steel. They are sold in packages of 50 screws.
