Thankfulness for our Customers: Humble Beginnings Never Forgotten

Thankfulness for our Customers: Humble Beginnings Never Forgotten

At the time we purchased a product called Stud Rail* for our 20-acre dream farm located on, (yes... now you know), Ramm Rd! We were thrilled until the beautiful white fence started to quickly deteriorate. We thought our dream had come to an end... until we decided that other horse owners needed to know what we found out, the hard way. That was when we decided to go into the business of educating and selling horse fencing and stalls.

My passion has always been for horses. From the time I was 5 years old and literally begged my parents for a horse (and they bought one for me), until now (even at 55), I love and own horses! I dragged my whole family right along with me, down the equine path! My husband and now 3 adult children, and grandchildren - ride, care for and talk about horses - every day! So when the opportunity to go into the horse fencing and horse stall business crossed our path, we jumped into it, head on!

Our humble beginning started right on our horse farm, first in the dining room and then into a pole barn building that had been a dog kennel. Our farm projects took us to the back yards of small families with horses that rode for pleasure to large Equestrian Breeding farms located in Kentucky. Our family and myself became certified fence installers in order to give our customers expert advice and help. No job has ever been too small or too large for our company. Our main objective has been and still is to this day to, to help horse owners so that they can make educated choices for their farms that fit their horses particular needs. I know I have been saying that exact same statement for 24 years!

Our family and our company has attended shows from California to New England displaying our products and talking to so many nice horse owners about the needs of their horses and farms. We have met and become friends with amazing people over the years so many that will never be forgotten! That is one of the biggest reasons that we strive to find products that will be long-lasting and give horse owners products that are quality made. It's not always easy to 'think outside the box', but that is what it takes to go beyond what other companies do and it's our goal to continue to grow and improve products for our customers.

Our business is our family's every day conversation. We are so grateful and thankful to meet and talk to horse owners daily. We truly enjoy helping people to make their dreams come true or simply to get the job done. We often talk about our customers at the evening dinner table or at family get-togethers, which is often. Once again, we are thankful for past and current customers and readers of our e-newsletter! In the end, it's the relationships that will make the legacy of this company. We cannot thank past and present customers enough for their patronage, kind words and lasting relationships.

That is everything to us! We are thankful for our customers and the relationships that we have formed over the years.

Our family wishes you and your family blessings now and throughout the year. If you just have a question or a project to layout and need help with, let us know and we will be happy to give you any tips or ideas. We know what it's like to own and care for horses. We do it everyday, too! We look forward to hearing from you, and hope you have a great Thanksgiving season!
